Description : Une photo est parue dans la presse révélant les violations du droit humanitaire international (DIH) commises dans le camp d'Abu Ghraib en 2003. A cette époque, le CICR visitait ce camp et avait constaté plusieurs de ces cas. Il avait remis un rapport aux autorités responsables de cette prison, les autorités américaines, afin de leur rappeler leur devoir de respecter le DIH.
