Very often, victims of sexual violence are excluded by their own community and even sometimes by their own family. As a result, they may lose their access to their source of income and to the network that should allow them to develop another activity. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is there to provide medical and psycho-social support for those victims.
