Description :
For the past 2 and a half years International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Philippines Red Cross have helped poor displaced tribal communities on Mindanao. In this village in Manipis, they have given 66 goats and a number of bucks to villagers to breed so that they can later sell the offspring at market. With the money raised, they can earn an income and afford to pay the fees to send their children to school.
