Made in april 1984, this film shows a model cooperation between the Ethiopian Red Cross, the League of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in a country tragically affected by conflicts and a severe and long-lasting draught. The emphasis is put on constant coordination between the three components of the Movement, in accordance with respective competences and with a mind to helping as many victims as possible.
