Conflicts in the region have left many people injured for life, suddenly dealing with disability. Physical rehabilitation is key in helping them cope with their new reality. In two containers in Wau, one of three rehabilitation centres in South Sudan, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) together with the South Sudanese government helps people who have lost limbs or face other disabilities. Mary Awach is one of them.
