Description :
To assist the civilian population in Dubrovnik, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) chartered two boats (Rodos II and Dimaratos) and set up and office in the Franciscan monastery of this city. The ICRC also visited detainees of the Dubrovnik prison and evacuated civilians from the island of Mljet to Dubrovnik.
