Description : By working closely with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) every day, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has been assisting millions of people in Syria since the onset of the conflict four years ago. ICRC provided SARC with material, technical, logistical, financial and other support to enable it to help people suffering the effects of the fighting. ICRC water engineers and SARC volunteers explain in this film how this partnership evolved during the last four years in order to respond to the growing needs.
