Description :
Drug addiction, armed violence and threats... life for young people in Medellin can be tough. The Colombian Red Cross and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have created "education brigades" in which youngsters acquire new values and learn to replace violence by dialogue. In addition, they are being taught how to react if shooting breaks out.
