The humanitarian situation in Aleppo is very dramatic. Syria's most populated city and one of the main commercial hubs before the conflict erupted in 2011, Aleppo is today a city devastated by the fighting, de facto partitioned into zones controlled by the government and armed opposition groups, where its people are struggling daily to survive.
