Description :
This film recounts International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) activities in 1992 to provide material, medical assistance and food relief to victims of the war tearing apart Bosnia-Herzegovina, to visit and release prisoners of detention camps, collect family messages and reunite separated families. Faced with terrible violations of international humanitarian law and with a lack of respect for the Red Cross emblem, the ICRC also conducted a campaign to disseminate principles of international humanitarian law among combatants and the population.
