Description :
Migrants in Europe, episode 1.
Many migrants, at some point in their journey, can find themselves unable to contact their family members. One of the missions of the Red Cross and Red Crescent international movement is to help them restore contact. In this video, shot in October throughout the Balkans, members of different Red Cross national societies describe their work. Their stories are different but all of them face the same challenge : constantly adapting their work to better assist migrants.
