Winter is setting in and the days are getting colder in Krasnyï Lyman, eastern Ukraine. This small town is hosting thousands of people who have fled the fighting. Since 27 November 2015, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Ukrainian Red Cross have been distributing household items, food and blankets for some 4,000 people.
