Description :
In 2013, fighting broke out in the Central African Republic, plunging the country into chaos.
Children were separated from their family, and ended up in neighbouring Chad. But now with a lull in the fighting, these children are finally going home.
The ICRC is working with the local Red Cross to bring these families back together again.
Every day, the ICRC reunites three children with their families.
