Description :
Since the beginning of the civil war in Rwanda, the situation of the country and its inhabitants has kept worsening. Indeed, one of the most fertile regions (region close to the area controled by the Rwanda Patriotic Front) is almost completely deserted: the fields are no longer cultivated, the crops are lost and many houses are destroyed. As for the population (about 1 million people), the refugees living in thirty or so camps are threatened by malnutrition and epidemics.
