Description :
Set up 25 years ago by the ICRC in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs, MoSVY Orthopaedic Component Factory produces around 18'000 components and 10'000 crutches every year – benefiting nearly 28'000 people.
The factory, run entirely by local Cambodians like Dol Don, who himself is disabled after losing his leg, provides these products free of charge to 11 physical rehabilitation centres across the country.
