Description :
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) hold an annual IHL moot court competition to promote the teaching and learning of IHL in Cambodia.
This year’s case was about the violation of IHL in armed conflicts and was heard before a mock International Criminal Court, with lecturers, plus IHL experts and practitioners from the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and the ICRC acting as judges. The winning team will compete in the 14th Red Cross International Humanitarian Moot in Hong Kong, in March 2016.
