Description :
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the National University of Laos hold an annual IHL moot court competition to promote the teaching and learning of IHL in Laos.
This year’s case was about the violation of IHL in armed conflicts and was heard before a mock International Criminal Court, with IHL practitioners from the ICRC acting as judges. The winning team will compete in the 14th Red Cross International Humanitarian Moot in Hong Kong, in March 2016.
