Description :
The ICRC and Thammasat University hold an annual moot court competition to promote the teaching and learning of IHL in Thailand.
This year’s case was about the violation of IHL in armed conflicts and was heard before a mock International Criminal Court, with IHL experts and practitioners from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence and the ICRC acting as judges. The winning team will compete in the 14th Red Cross International Humanitarian Moot in Hong Kong, in March 2016.
