Description :
While Ruksana lost a leg to a tumour, Mohammad Gulzar had one of his legs amputated after an accident. As for Numan, his legs were affected by a deformity from birth. What binds these three who all live in Jammu & Kashmir in India are those challenges they face as persons with disabilities.
This video explains how they discovered that they could actually receive an artificial limb from Centres supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). After benefitting from this service, the three of them regained their mobility and a sense of renewed hope.
