Description :
The resumption of hostilities between Angolan government forces and UNITA has forced the civilian population to flee the regions where the fighting is taking place. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) assists hundreds of thousands of displaced persons suffering from famine by organising meal distributions. It also supports hospitals which are tragically lacking the means to face the crowd of victims.
