Description :
Two week training course in International Humanitarian Law was conducted for the instructors of the Georgian Armed Forces. The course was led by Reuel Black, ICRC regional armed forces delegate in Southern Caucasus. 26 instructors successfully passed the course, and were awarded with the certificates by Biljana Milosevic, head of the ICRC delegation in Georgia.
