Description : Since the beginning of the conflict that is tearing apart former Yugoslavia, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has collected and distributed close to 12 million Red Cross messages (in cooperation with local and European Red Cross societies), enabled the reunion of over 3,700 persons with their family and visited about 39,000 prisoners. This film shows how this work is carried out and how important it is for the persons who benefit from it.
