Description :
As a result of an armed conflict, the disappearance of people remains a big humanitarian tragedy. A statue in commemoration of the missing was erected in Nagorno-Karabakh at the request of the families of the missing and with support of the ICRC mission in Nagorno-Karabakh. Now the families have a place to come, commemorate their loved ones and restate the strong need for public acknowledgment of their plight.
