Description : Advanced IHL Learning Series 5.

Speakers : Marco Sassoli, Professor, Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Humain Rights, University of Geneva, Faculty of Law; Andrew Clapham, Professor, Graduate Institute for International and development Studies.

This video was filmed during the 2017 edition of the Advanced Seminar in IHL for University Lecturers co-organized by the ICRC and the Geneva Academy. The opinions expressed by the lecturers in the series are theirs alone, and not necessarily shared by the ICRC.
