Description :
The irrigation channel in Saadiya was completely empty of water because of the war in that area.
After the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) cleaned the canal for 23 kilometers and distributed fertilizer and seeds to 600 farmers, "life is normal again, water is going on and life is good" testifies an inhabitant.
