Description :
The Al-Hol camp in Syria alone is home to some 70,000 people, including children and women. Many of them are foreigners. Thrown away, they are in a state of despair.
Jean-Paul Laborde, Ambassador-at-Large of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) and expert at the Research Centre of the French Military Academy, calls on the international community to solve problems together without delay.
