Since 2014, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has partnered with the Red Cross Society of China to carry out livelihood projects aimed at improving the capacity of all branches of the Red Cross Society of China, while sharing the experience of the ICRC over more than 150 years in carrying out projects around the world. And livelihood projects help China's poverty-stricken policies, by providing a conditional livelihood, to help benefit farmers to develop production, raise income, and thus get rid of poverty.
Lu Shui County, Nujiang, Yunnan province, Zong-Lisu village is one of the Yunnan province three livelihood projects to benefit the village, a total of 56 families received a livelihood.
