Description :
For 5 year old Mansour, replacing his artificial limb every year is not just necessary but life changing.
He got injured when he was just one and as he grows, his artificial limbs get shorter for him. This has created a lot of difficulties in his daily life. He had to stop going to kindergarten and is unable to play with other kids. He always asks his mother why he only has one leg and his sister has two.
With ongoing conflict in the country, physical rehabilitation centers are struggling to cope with long lists of patients waiting to receive artificial limbs.
