Mogadishu, Somalia, 1988. Almost 4000 prisoners pf war from Ogaden conflict between Somalia and Ethiopia were releasend and repatriated. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) together with the Somalia Red Crescent provided medical assistance and facilitated the repatriation process.
