Description : This film shows examples of distaters caused by weapons. It shows what has been done to ban some of them, such as expanding bullets and chemical weapons, and what still needs to be done on this matter through international treaties. Two important themes are emphasised : firstly a proposition aimed at baning the production and trade of antipersonnel landmines. Secondly an appeal against blinding by laser weapons as a war method, weapons which have since been baned. The film can be shown in its entirety or by sequence.
