Description :
Children make up more than half of the population of Al Hol camp in Syria.Their mediacl needs are huge. Many, like Omar, arrive with weapon wounds. Others suffer from diarrhea and malnutrition.
The new International Committee of the Red Croos (ICRC) hospital treats dozens of children like Omar every day. He received surgery to straighten his leg. Things will continue to be tough for some time but at least he should be able to walk again soon.
