Description :
To help community members in Macomia in northern Mozambique rebuild their lives, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Mozambique Red Cross distributed seeds and farming tools to 844 families ahead of planting season. The area has seen an influx of people who fled armed violence in their villages, losing everything. Cyclone Kenneth which struck in April 2019 only made the already dire situation worse.
