Wash hands before putting on a mask.
Avoid touching the mask when it is on your face.
Do not remove mask to talk or sneeze.
When removing the mask, untie from behind.
Wash hands immediately.
Wash the mask daily with hot water and soap.
Continue to pratise all other precautions whether you wear mask or not.
When you wear a mask: abide by rules, pratice physical distancing, wah your hands regularly.
