Description :
Amidst a rapid COVID-19 spread, a group of seventeen brave nurses in Sabha Medical Center, Southern Libya, decided to stay in their hospital and continue serving the patients without leaving for their homes to not risk bringing the virus to their families.
Since the first case of COVID-19 was detected in May in Sabha, Fatima Amtir the head of nursing at Sabha Medical Center, and sixteen of her colleagues, have been permanent residents of this hospital, which is the biggest and main healthcare facility in southern Libya, risking it all to stop the spread of the virus.
