Description : In 2018, photographer Andrew Quilty visited both International Comittee of the Red Cross (ICRC) orthopedic centers in Jalalabad, Afghanistan to document the stories of seven children who picked up unexploded ordnance.
In late September 2020, the seven children came to Kabul to be fitted again, this time at the Kabul orthopedic ortho-center. There he met again the seven children and their physiotherapist, Mapekhay, a former ICRC patient and trainee.
