Yemen is in crisis. War has devastated health care services, shuttering over half. It has the world's hihest rate of death for COVID-9 per positive caseload.
To respond to the crisis, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has helped build a new treatment centre in the southern city of Aden with an X-ray room, a high dependency unit, care wards, a triage area and laboratory. But it's not enough.
