Facing the consequences of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, communities living along the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia come through many difficulties. Access to water is one of the main issues. To overcome this problem, residents of the Goyemli village have built a water pipeline with the help of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) engineers.
