Description :
To help displaced communities earn a livelihood on their farms, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) team in Kachin State gave monsoon sesame seeds close to a thousand of families from 26 displacement camps in Myitkyina and Waingmaw townships.
Using a new voucher system, community members can pick up seeds directly from local shops, grow and sell the produce at market before winter sets in.
