Description :
The idea of animated “Unfinished Stories” was born with the objective to raise awareness on psycho-emotional problems of families of missing persons and to highlight the significance of mental health care through portraying success stories.
The animation was prepared upon the initiative of those families, who participated in the sessions provided in the framework of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Accompaniment Programme that addresses their mental health and psychological needs through strengthening coping mechanisms and inner resources. Psycho-social support group sessions have been organized through local partner psychologists and accompaniers, one of which is Georgian Association for Psychosocial Aid Ndoba – co-producer of the animation scenario.
