Intensified conflict in Ukraine is having devastating consequences for civilians. Hundreds of thousands have fled in search of safety while reports of fighting and destruction continue relentlessly.
The rules of war are clear: Civilians must not be targeted.
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has over 600 staff in Ukraine. Security permitting, they do everything it can to help families affected.
The people affected by the conflict in Ukraine have already endured eight years of conflict. Now they face more violence, more suffering, more loss.
