Description :
In Myanmar, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) helps people affected by armed conflict to earn a living again. In 2021, it gave paddy seeds to more than 6000 farmers in Maungdaw. They planted the seeds, then harvested the rice after five months. What they didn’t eat, they could sell at the market. The aim is to help families earn an income – in a safe and sustainable way.
