Description :
In northeast Nigeria, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) estimates that 2.2 million people have fled the conflict for their safety.
At Gubio camp, close to Maiduguri, 36,000 displaced people, mostly children, are living in very basic conditions.
Rebuilding one's livelihood after have been displaced due to a conflict is not an easy task. In Gubio, some of the people are collecting wood from the outside to sell for it for approximately 1,000 naira, about two U.S. dollars. The wood is then used to make fire and cook ingredients and help people to have a living.
