Gedia Jarow had to walk 27 kilometers from Basuba to Kiangwe village in Lamu in search of food and water for her and her grandson.
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in partnership with the Kenya Red Cross are scaling operations in the four counties of Lamu, Wajir, Garissa and Mandera with food and livestock support in response to the food crisis.
