Description :
In Syria, 90% of the population are living in poverty struggling to buy food and other essential items.
Nearly 7 million people are internally displaced, many live in camps or makeshift shelters.
Essential services and infrastructure are in ruins. 50% of health facilities are not functioning... or are only partly functioning. Two thirds of the people in Al-Hol camp are children. They have inadequate food, water, health care, and education.
After twelve years of conflict, life for millions of people was already unbearable. From early February 2023, a catastrophic earthquake has pushed them to breajing point- They need help now.
