The crisis in Haiti has become one of the most urgent and dramatic in the Americas.
Haitians are facing repeated cycles of armed violence, with devastating consequences for the population in terms of needs.
More than three million inhabitants are in dire humanitarian need, with very limited access to medical care, drinking water and food.
In addition to basic needs, the violence has unseen consequences for children's mental health and education.
The Haitian National Red Cross Society , the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and other members of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement continue to respond to the needs of the population, facilitating access to certain services, particularly in the health sector, as well as in other areas.
