Description :
Due to the conflict, many Sudanese are unable to access their farmland and have lost their livestock. The ICRC and the Sudanese Red Crescent Society (SRCS) have distributed food and financial assistance to more than 140,000 people and together with water authorities, ensured access to safe drinking water for more than 2 million people. It is the responsibility of all state and non-state armed actors involved in the conflict to ensure that affected people have access to basic services and humanitarian assistance.
