During the fighting, families become dispersed and separated. To help them get back in touch with their loved ones, the ICRC and the Red Cross of the Democratic Republic of Congo have set up 11 telephone booths, including 5 in camps for displaced people west of Goma and 6 in the Minova area, in the province of South Kivu.
