It’s been one year since a series of devastating earthquakes struck Syria and Türkiye. In Syria, already on its knees after more than a decade of war, people have been struggling to pick up the pieces. The ICRC and its Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement partners have been on the frontline helping the most vulnerable. We've helped 16,000 families with their basic needs. We've helped hundreds of small businesses get back to trading. We've provided mental health and psychological support to 17,000 people. We've also provided access to clean water to 17 million people…and medical care to hundreds of thousands.
