Description :
As part of the "Help the helpers" program, our team conducted a two-day session for Kherson water board employees. The main purpose was to reduce the level of stress and promote self-care strategies among the staff working at critical infrastructure. Together we discussed the challenges that they are facing and adaptative strategies to cope, and how they can support each other. Practical exercises, like relaxation and safety plan were implemented as a strategy to maintain mental health.
