The head of Semenivka City Council's economic department, Tetiana Novyk, adds that the parcels contain blankets, pillows, bed sheets, candles and flashlights - items that are much needed right now.
The town's deputy mayor, Pavlo Verchenko, concludes by saying that this aid will enable beneficiaries to stay warm and have electricity in their homes.
